Industrial property developer Prologis has agreed a pre-let deal for its new site near Birmingham.
Logistics and distribution company LTS Global Solutions has signed a ten-year lease for a 131,780 sq ft unit which is currently under construction at Prologis Park Hams Hall.
The building, called DC3, is near junction nine of the M42 and due for completion in the summer.
Birmingham-based LTS Global Solutions provides a range of services within logistics, transport and shipping worldwide.
Prologis Park Hams Hall is already home to Jaguar Land Rover's Battery Assembly Centre and also counts BMW, Sainsburys and DHL among its tenants.
