Prime Time Recruitment and Sugarman take space in Bennetts Hill

Hortons' Estate secures latest letting for city centre office location following deals with People Line and SLC Rail

Bennetts Hill, in Birmingham city centre, where Prime Time Recruitment and Sugarman Group have taken new office space

Two recruitment firms have taken space in Hortons' Estate's 21 Bennetts Hill in Birmingham city centre.

Prime Time Recruitment and Sugarman Group, both part of Cordant Group, have taken 3,800 sq ft.

Moving from Phoenix House in Newhall Street, Prime Time Recruitment has been established in Birmingham for about 20 years and has 100 branches in 60 locations across the 海角视频.

Group property director David Schloss said: "Our current lease was coming to an end and, following a restructuring, we needed more space.

"We looked at many places with the criteria of a good central location with the opportunity to grow and contract the business as necessary to react to market forces."

Prime Time is one of a number of new occupiers at 21 Bennetts Hill this year let by Jones Lang LaSalle including People Line, SLC Rail and Voluntas.

Victoria Burnett from JLL, which is joint letting agenct with GBR Phoenix Beard, said: "The new location for Prime Time Recruitment is ideal as it's in a well-established area for recruitment companies and located within close proximity of the new station entrance.

"This provides the accessibility and presence Prime Time needs in the city."
