Businesses are wanted to take on a former watersports centre and offices at Porth Eirias on Colwyn Bay promenade.

Business Live reported last year that Colwyn Bay Watersports CIC - which was started in 2012 - had gone into liquidation.

Now their old facilities and extra office and meeting room space are being offered for let through agents Dafydd Hardy.

They would be based alongside the popular Bryn Williams restaurant and a new bike hire and workshop business run by Evolution, based in Bangor.

The site is owned by Conwy council.

A spokeswoman said: "We are currently looking for enterprising individuals or businesses seeking an exclusive, indeed unique, location to grow or develop their brand/business with a suite of offices/meeting rooms with further options involving a sizeable workshop and storage facility.

"A large proportion of Porth Eirias is occupied by an award winning bistro restaurant hosted by Welsh celebrity chef Bryn Williams alongside a soon to be opened high end bike/cycling sales and workshop business.
