A popular Stoke-on-Trent industrial estate is approaching full capacity following multiple lettings – with just one unit remaining at the park.

Sneyd Hill Industrial Estate has recently welcomed a string of new tenants – occupying around 36,000 sq ft at the Burslem site – including TPSG Procurement Ltd, building plastics supplier Supply 2 Trade Ltd and Open Space Concepts Ltd.

Most recently it struck a deal with º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Drivers and Logistics Solutions for a 7,204 square-foot unit.

The new tenancy agreements follow a major refurbishment programme across the site.

It means that there is just one vacant unit – which is just over 5,000 sq ft in size – available at the park, which is also home to existing occupiers A Plant, City Plumbing, Linings and Hoses and Eyre & Elliston Ltd.
