A popular Stoke-on-Trent industrial estate is approaching full capacity following multiple lettings – with just one unit remaining at the park.
Sneyd Hill Industrial Estate has recently welcomed a string of new tenants – occupying around 36,000 sq ft at the Burslem site – including TPSG Procurement Ltd, building plastics supplier Supply 2 Trade Ltd and Open Space Concepts Ltd.
Most recently it struck a deal with 海角视频 Drivers and Logistics Solutions for a 7,204 square-foot unit.
The new tenancy agreements follow a major refurbishment programme across the site.
It means that there is just one vacant unit – which is just over 5,000 sq ft in size – available at the park, which is also home to existing occupiers A Plant, City Plumbing, Linings and Hoses and Eyre & Elliston Ltd.

She said: “There has been high levels of demand for industrial sites in North Staffordshire over the past three years, and Sneyd Hill is a big success story.

“Recent months have seen us oversee lettings across eight units at the site to occupiers including TPSG Procurement Ltd, building plastics supplier Supply 2 Trade Ltd and Open Space Concepts Ltd. We have now also just completed on a letting of 7,204 sq ft to 海角视频 Drivers and Logistics Solutions Ltd following a comprehensive refurbishment.”
She added: “This leaves the estate with just one vacant unit – the fully refurbished unit A2, which has a floorplate of 5,163 sq ft and secure yard area. The refurbishment includes a new profile clad roof and elevations, LED lighting and redecoration throughout.
“We anticipate strong interest in the final opportunity at the park, which will see a further thriving industrial estate within the region reach full capacity.”
