Plans have been lodged for the third and final phase of a student accommodation development in Birmingham.
The next stage of Volume Works, in the city's Gun Quarter, will have 220 en-suite studios in blocks ranging from five to 14 storeys.
There would also be amenity space for residents including social areas, a gym and outdoor space and parking for 48 bikes. Existing buildings on the industrial site, at the corner of Cliveland Street and Hanley Street, would be demolished.
Subject to consent, they will join a total of 156 bedrooms across both phase one, which opened in 2021, and phase two which now has consent.

The canalside project is being led by Birmingham-based investor and developer Volume.Property which said the completed project would be worth more than £60 million.
Chief executive Anthony Laville said: "The student accommodation sector is changing rapidly and today's students expect a better level of product and service than ever before.
"We've been pioneering new ways of enhancing the student experience and that's been evident in our results."

If approved, construction is expected to begin later this year and be ready to welcome students in time for the 2025/26 academic year.
Volume.Property is working on the project with Hortus Investments which was set up by members of Birmingham's renowned Horton family which runs property management and investment firm Hortons' Estate.
