A new business park is set to be built in the West Midlands.

The first phase of plans have been lodged to redevelop ten acres of land in Norton near Worcester.

Phase one of Norton Business Park comprises two office blocks totalling more than 40,000 sq ft of grade A space and 120 private car parking spaces on 2.5 acres of land.

The development site is next to Worcestershire Parkway station, a brand new station which opened in February, and is also a short drive from junction seven of the M5.

The project is being led by Birmingham-based Godwin Developments working in partnership with Worcestershire developer Stennard Harrison.

Matt Chandler, associate director at Godwin Developments, said: "The Midlands has always been a major business hub for the º£½ÇÊÓƵ, with Worcester playing a significant role in providing high-quality space for occupiers, as well as unparalleled connectivity to the west of the º£½ÇÊÓƵ.

"It is home to a number of nationally renowned businesses and large multinationals - making it the perfect location for this major commercial development.
