An independent property company has won permission to speculatively develop three new warehouses in Staffordshire.
Birmingham-based Hortons Estate wants to build the units at Marchington Industrial Estate, on Stubby Lane, near Uttoxeter.
The new units will range from 5,000 to 7,000 sq ft - each complete with a secure private yard.
Work has now commenced on site, with the units expected to be ready for occupation in spring next year.

Richard Walker, commercial surveyor at Hortons Estate Ltd, said: "Marchington continues to perform well due to its attractive location and the flexible and competitive terms offered.
"As the estate has been fully let, these new units will provide much needed space for local businesses to expand into. Despite challenging market conditions we continue to receive regular enquiries and I'm confident that our ability to work closely with occupiers will ensure that demand for these units is high.
