A Chinese retailer has struck a deal to open a new logistics operation in Birmingham.
Online firm Top Cloud Logistics has agreed terms for 164,103 sq ft of space on a 15-year lease on Prologis Park Midpoint in Minworth, near Sutton Coldfield.
Top Cloud Logistics specialises in consumer products, ranging from fashion accessories to fitness equipment and baby care.

The company's º£½ÇÊÓÆµ expansion is driven by increasing demand and a focus on strengthening local fulfilment capabilities.
It joins other tenants on the park such as car maker JLR and postal firm DHL.
