Two office refurbishments are set to serve up modern office space for the city centre and out-of-town markets in Leeds.
Flagship office building Link Up House is currently undergoing a makeover after changing hands in a deal worth just under £2m. Link Up House, formerly the headquarters of the Big Word Group, has been bought by Seneca Property and will be rebranded and renamed as Element.
The 21,630 sq ft building, which fronts the Leeds Outer Ring Road, is being turned into high-quality and sustainable office, with an emphasis on the wellbeing and comfort of its occupiers.

Work has started on a seven-figure refurbishment of the building which is due to be completed next month, when suites will be available. Knight Frank in Leeds sold the building to Seneca and has been retained to advise the new owners.

The comprehensive refurbishment of Element will create some of the finest affordable occupier-friendly out-of-town office space in Leeds. Leading Yorkshire property development and investment company Sterling Capitol is completing the comprehensive refurbishment of 1 Sterling Court at Capitol Park Leeds, where just under 10,000sqft is up for grabs.
