A Nottingham business park is approaching full capacity following a big lockdown deal.

Multi Packaging Solutions, part of global packaging giant WestRock, has agreed terms on 8,300 sq ft of floor space at Aspect Business Park in Bulwell.

It is relocating its 40-strong specialist corporate team from Phoenix Park in Nuthall.

The firm has had a strong presence in Nottingham for years, specialising in complex packaging for various sectors and multi-media markets worldwide.

The deal was overseen by East Midlands commercial property specialists Innes England.

Aspect Business Park sits alongside Junction 26 of the M1 motorway, close to the A610 with access to the Nottingham outer ring road and city centre.

Andy Darrington, director of Multi Packaging Solutions, said: “Our new suite in Aspect Court really is the perfect fit for us and gives us everything we were looking for.

“As well as offering really high quality, modern business accommodation, the location is fabulous with easy access to the M1 and all Bulwell’s amenities are within very easy reach for our staff.
