A Nottinghamshire business park has been snapped up by a growing web development firm for a seven-figure sum.
Bubble Design and Marketing has sealed a deal for Amelia Court Business Park, at Retford.
Comprising five office buildings, which are all fully let, Amelia Court is part of the larger Randall Way Business Park, which is a major office development in the town.
The deal was secured by agents Fisher German, whose Doncaster-based commercial team have been the lettings agent at the business park for a number of years and are now looking to be retained by the new owners.
Ben Flint, an associate at Fisher German, said that the deal stood strong despite the current uncertainty in the market due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
He said: “We are very pleased to complete the sale of Amelia Court Business Park.
“Randall Way is a prominent location, which has long been popular with the local business community.
“The sale demonstrates that there is still some confidence in the market for willing investors during this uncertain period and shows the market is still holding strong for good quality investments.”
