Cinema giant Odeon, Gazprom and professional services firm WSP are current tenants of the building, which sits on the edge of Manchester’s newest public square Tony Wilson Place

No8 First Street, an office space situated in Manchester’s culture and commercial hub, has revealed the first photos of the development since its completion.

Cinema giant Odeon, Gazprom and professional services firm WSP are current tenants of the building, which sits on the edge of Manchester’s newest public square Tony Wilson Place.

A 26,000 sq ft suite on the building’s fourth floor and a 11,990 sq ft suite on the sixth floor remain vacant.

Chris Cheap, managing director of º£½ÇÊÓƵ Regions at Avison Young, who advised on the lettings and manages the scheme on behalf of GMPF, said the space is an “excellent addition” and “key milestone” for the “dynamic new quarter”.

He said: “The location and surrounding amenity are second to none, and we are confident that it will continue to be a great success.”

The estate is home to the INNSIDE by Mélia hotel, a 279-room Vita Student scheme, a 700-space Q-Park and international arts and culture destination HOME.

A high-end steak restaurant, Ribeye, has recently opened along with plant-based eatery Vertigo.

Mr Cheap continued: “Gazprom, ODEON and WSP electing to relocate to No8 is a clear endorsement of the quality of both the building itself and the wider First Street estate.
