Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors has relocated, and has ambitious growth plans for the year ahead.
The company has moved from its offices in Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham – its home for the last seven years – to new premises at Wheatcroft Business Park in Edwalton, on the outskirts of the city.
The business provides commercial property services including management, development, investment and valuations.

Managing director Richard Sutton said the move is the next step in the growth of the company.
He said: “I think we all agree 2020 was a bloody difficult year, but the NG team have been amazing; our investment in technology and talent has helped us get into 2021 in a strong position and we are really looking forward to seeing what 2021 brings.
“The move to Wheatcroft is the final piece in the jigsaw for us. We targeted the location as being ideal a few years ago and missed out on taking space there a few times but we are nothing if not tenacious.
“The deal was off-market, as the best ones often are, and we are going into a fantastic space on a really strong business park, and whilst some might question the wisdom of moving in the pandemic we couldn’t turn down this opportunity.
“Our team is working with some brilliant clients on some really exciting projects and we have created such a strong team dynamic it’s now only right that we move to an environment where we can really push forward.

A number of professionals helped NG seal the office move.
Mr Sutton said: “We have a whole range of people and firms to thank for making this happen.
