New plans have been unveiled to redevelop an industrial park in the Black Country.
Mercia Real Estate is leading the project at the GWS Trading Estate in Wednesbury which will, subject to consent, see the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a purpose-built warehouse and distribution unit.
There will also be office space totalling 65,659 sq ft parking for 128 cars and 20 cycles.

Birmingham-based investor and asset manager Mercia Real Estate acquired the property in Leabrook Road near the M6 in 2019.

Since then it has completed a part disposal and regeared the remaining leases so that the site can now be brought forward for redevelopment.
Chief executive Samuel Clark said: "The proposed new unit will provide an institutional industrial and distribution building within a prime location near to the M6 at the heart of the manufacturing hub of the West Midlands.
"We anticipate that there will be strong occupier and investor interest in this building once complete."
