Chartered surveying firm Johnson Fellows has promoted its head of agency to partner.
Charles Warrack joined the Birmingham-based firm two years ago from Vail Williams where he was in charge of acquisitions, leasing and sales and has previously worked for JLL, King Sturge and Chesterton.
He said: "It's been a fantastic couple of years and I'm continually impressed with Johnson Fellows' ambition for growth, adding new services and recruiting top quality talent.

Charles, a member of the Office Agents Society, has worked in Birmingham since 1996, specialising in office agency, and has acted for a variety of major developers, property companies, banks, pension funds, high net worth individuals and occupiers.
