New-look homes team at Centrick and more property appointments news

Birmingham-based estate agency expands new homes team, asset manager joins Warehouse REIT and AspinallVerdi hires associate director

Estate agency Centrick has added three new faces to its new homes team in Birmingham.

Mei Clark, who is its new investment consultant, is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay which will be utilised to bolster Centrick's burgeoning overseas sales.

Sally Parnell has joined as an assistant after studying business management at Nottingham Trent University and will be helping with proposals, tenders and the day-to-day running of the team.

Completing the new recruits is Lara Angell who joins as a new homes consultant from the lettings team at the agency.

Group sales and lettings director Andy Butts said: "We're delighted to see the appointment of three new members within our new homes team.

"Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the team has gone from strength to strength in the last 18 months and this next chapter is set to be our most exciting yet.

"We are so pleased that we are continuing to create career new opportunities within the Midlands and able to help young property professionals to flourish as part of the Centrick team."
