A Liverpool city centre aparthotel is to reopen this week under new ownership after being sold off by a pub, bar and nightclub operator.

Bling Aparthotel will launch in Hanover Street on Thursday, March 24, and be run by U-Stay.

The venue was previously operated as Bling Prestige Stay by Prestige Stay Apart Hotels after it was acquired from Signature Living towards the end of 2020.

But the hotel has now changed hands after Prestige Stay Apart Hotels was sold off by Liverpool-based JSM Group.

The Hanover Street landmark was previously home to the famous Herbert of Liverpool hairdressing salon before being by Lawrence Kenwright's firm in 2017.

U-Stay already operates apartment-based locations at 27 Stanley Street, 42 Stanley Street and 44 Castle Street.
