Solihull property group Living Space Housing is relocating to a new base in the town to support its expansion.
The affordable housing specialist launched last summer and has already amassed 322 residential plots under its control across the Midlands, representing a combined construction value in excess of £37 million.
Living Space Housing will move its team of 13 to No.1 Homer Road in Solihull town centre during March from its current home in Warwick Road.

The Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards are back for a second year, in partnership with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham. The event will be held online only on Friday November 27, 2020 and will celebrate apprentices, employers and training and education providers.

The 1,400 sq ft office suite is being fitted out with two meeting rooms, a storeroom and an open plan office.
Living Space Housing is delivering its first batch of affordable homes in Kidderminster, Telford and Cradley near Malvern and has further schemes in the pipeline in Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Northamptonshire.
Managing director Steve Davies said: "We have recruited a core team of experienced professionals to deliver these schemes for our clients and seek out more suitable sites."
Living Space is the sister company to Hayfield which launched in 2017 and has around 430 luxury homes under construction.
