Prominent Birmingham residential and commercial developer SevenCapital has appointed a new group managing director.
Damien Siviter has been promoted to the newly created role having been with the company since 2009 as an executive director.
In his new post, he will take on overall directorship and responsibility across all SevenCapital group companies which include the company's construction arm Colmore Tang and the recently formed residential division SevenHomes.

Mr Siviter has 25 years of experience in real estate and has led the company's residential strategy across a growing pipeline of more than 7,000 units to date alongside some of the firm's largest acquisitions.
He said: "We're very fortunate at SevenCapital to have a collective team of incredibly strong and dedicated individuals working for us.
"I'm very much looking forward to leading us over the coming years as we look to expand the SevenCapital Group nationally and internationally."
