New faces at Colliers International

Brindleyplace-based property consultancy expands valuations offering with new senior appointment and two staff relocating to Birmingham

Colliers International's new associate director Ben Brown

Property consultancy has expanded its valuations offering in Birmingham with the appointment of a new associate director and the relocation of two specialists to the city.

Ben Brown joins the hotels team at Colliers from GVA and will service clients throughout the º£½ÇÊÓƵ.

He brings with him in-depth knowledge of this specialist area and a broad understanding of the sector having previously worked in both hotel valuation and hotel agency roles.

His appointment coincides with a brace of other specialist valuation experts joining the Birmingham team from Colliers' offices across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ.

Heather Bates has moved from London and specialises in the valuation of the licensed and leisure properties.

Acting on behalf of landlords, tenants and financial institutions, she principally concentrates on professional instructions including valuations, rent reviews and development appraisals of leisure assets such as public houses, restaurants and bowling alleys.

Relocating from Leeds, John Rushby also brings his own specialism in valuations advice.

As head of the parks, sports and marinas team, Mr Rushby has particular experience of valuing golf courses, marinas, visitor attractions and sports stadia.
