A new business park, with the potential to create thousands of new jobs, has been launched at a former RAF base in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Owned by the Welsh Government, Bro Tathan is located within the Cardiff Airport and Bro Tathan Enterprise Zone.
Property advisory firm Savills have been appointed to promote the business park, which benefits for the now commercial former RAF airstrip and a new £15m northern access road.
The site is already home to Aston Martin's new car factory, which will eventually employ up to 1,000 staff.
Bro Tathan consists of:
Bro Tathan North - providing existing facilities suitable for storage, distribution and manufacturing, as well as scope for a variety of new build opportunities.
Y Porth - the gateway to the park, offering a mixed-use development opportunity on approximately 17 acres, with capacity to deliver some 200,000 sq ft of new office, hotel, retail and showroom space.
Bro Tathan West - which is being marketed to firms requiring airside access and services. A planning application has been submitted for more than 400,000 sq ft of new and flexible hangar space next to the Aston Martin factory.

Bro Tathan South - already home to a number of rotary-wing aircraft operators such as Bristow Helicopters and the National Police Air Service, with a variety of development opportunities available for similar operations.

Earlier this year plans were revealed for a major new business park with capacity for 2,000 jobs at Cardiff Airport.
Financial services giant Legal & General has identified a 111-acre site on land it owns at Port Road in Rhoose for the project.
The land is adjacent to the airport, which is owned by the Welsh Government.
The proposed park, known as Parc Busnes Parc Cymru, could eventually see some 1.7 million sq ft of business space built, including offices, light industrial space and warehouses for the aerospace and related industries.
