A new distribution hub in the Black Country has been completed.
Caddick Construction has built the 100,000 sq ft warehouse on Vernon Park in Wolverhampton.
Marking the first industrial and logistics development delivered by Caddick's Midlands business, Vernon Park is a two-storey speculative warehouse, built on behalf of Staffordshire Pension Fund.

Regional managing director Ray O'Sullivan said: “The completion and handover of Vernon Park marks a significant milestone for our Midlands business as we celebrate our first industrial and logistics scheme completed in our newly established region.
"Elsewhere in the Midlands, we have also handed over Urban Splash and Places for People's landmark island community in Birmingham Port Loop.
"As we celebrate completion of these projects, we are pleased to be looking ahead with a healthy and varied pipeline of exciting investment projects within the Greater Birmingham area."
