Bouygues º£½ÇÊÓƵ was responsible for the construction of the iCentrum digital office block at Innovation Birmingham Campus and is currently building the private rented sector scheme for Linkcity, called in Pershore Street.

It is also behind a new 'Bath Court' in Islington Row Middleway.

Craig Tatton, Bouygues º£½ÇÊÓƵ's managing director for the North and Midlands, said: "Greater Birmingham and Greater Manchester are key regions for us going forward.

"Albert House will provide us with state-of-the-art office accommodation with great transport links for our staff, clients and partners."
