The construction and development company behind several major projects in Birmingham is opening new offices in the city centre.
Bouygues 海角视频 has taken 17,271 sq ft on two floors of Albert House, in Quay Place, close to the Barclaycard Arena.
It has agreed a ten-year lease with the landlord Threadneedle Pensions.
Bouygues 海角视频, part of Bouygues Construction, operates a number of different arms, including Thomas Vale and Linkcity, previously known as Bouygues Development.
Bouygues 海角视频 was responsible for the construction of the iCentrum digital office block at Innovation Birmingham Campus and is currently building the private rented sector scheme for Linkcity, called in Pershore Street.
It is also behind a new 'Bath Court' in Islington Row Middleway.
Craig Tatton, Bouygues 海角视频's managing director for the North and Midlands, said: "Greater Birmingham and Greater Manchester are key regions for us going forward.
"Albert House will provide us with state-of-the-art office accommodation with great transport links for our staff, clients and partners."

Theo Holmes, associate director in CBRE's Birmingham office agency team, advised Threadneedle on the deal.
He said: "Following the letting to Acivico earlier this year, the landlord decided to speculatively refurbish the available floors in Albert House.
"The decision paid off as just fourth months later the space has been let.
"Bouygues 海角视频's decision to move to Quay Place demonstrates that companies are continuing to migrate into the city centre where they can benefit from good transport links and easily accessible local amenities, albeit the availability of new a good quality refurbished stock remains an issue in the short-term."
