Residential property firm Moda Living is eyeing a third site in Birmingham as the firm aims to tap into "a city on the rise".
Not content with two projects in Birmingham, planning director James Blakey told BusinessLive he fully expected the company to secure a deal on a third location.
Yorkshire-based Moda Living is currently on site at The Mercian, a £183 million 42-storey apartment block in Broad Street containing 481 units and a range of amenities including a 200-metre running track.

And it has just revealed proposals for a second project at Ludgate Hill Car Park on the fringes of Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter for which plans are set to be lodged with the city council in the coming weeks.

But Mr Blakey said Moda Living was determined to make it a hat trick as the company looked to tap into the city's burgeoning reputation as a place to live and work - one which has already attracted HSBC 海角视频, regional hubs for HMRC and BT and a host of other companies to come here.
"There are a number of sites in and around but you have to be confident you can deliver on them," he told BusinessLive.
"We are already looking at a third site - I can't say where it is yet - but our confidence in Birmingham is at an all-time high, it's a city on the rise.

"Our interest would have been there irrespective of whether HS2 was happening or not.
"We would have still carried on and done what we're doing, on the Ludgate Hill site in particular.
"We think Birmingham, in the way that the city is shaping up, is really on rise and will accommodate more provision in terms of build to rent - absolutely."
The £260 million project in Ludgate Hill will be called Great Charles Square and feature a series of buildings rising from five storeys up to 39 at the corner of Great Charles Street Queensway and Livery Street.
Other planned amenities include a gym, roof terraces, communal lounges, workspaces and 29,350 sq ft of public realm and landscaping including a new plaza around Snow Hill station.
There will also be shops and commercial space.
Mr Blakey was speaking as the developer and operator hosted a consultation on the proposals ahead of submitting a planning application.
If approved by the city later this year, work is due to start on site in the first half of 2021 and take two years to complete.
