A string of new lettings have been secured at the Merry Hill shopping centre in Dudley.
These include two restaurants and four pop-up shops, bringing a total of ten new tenants arriving at the centre in Brierley Hill since it reopened in July.
Family-run Indian Tavern Bar & Grill is due to open on the Waterfront this month while all-you-can-eat restaurant Bon Pan Asian is due to launch in the coming months.
In addition, four seasonal pop-up stores have arrived in the malls for the run up to Christmas - Thai Gifts, Sense Aroma, Calendar Club and Vintage Signs.
Among those to have opened since July are independent British women's fashion brand Apricot, pop-up store Halloween House and specialist food shop Chuckling Cheese.

The Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards are back for a second year, in partnership with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham. The event will be held online only on Friday November 27, 2020 and will celebrate apprentices, employers and training and education providers.
The deadline to enter has now passed - - but sponsorship opportunities are still available.

Mothercare has also announced it will return to Merry Hill as part of its new partnership with Boots.
These new lettings are a welcome boost for the centre which recently came under new management following the administration in June of its previous owner Intu Properties.

Privately owned operator Ellandi has taken over as asset manager and is working with property consultancy Savills as managing agent which is responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre.
The investment programme started a few years ago by Intu will continue, including the current remodeling of the exterior of the shopping centre, due to complete next spring.
The retail hub will continue to be known as Intu Merry Hill for now but will be rebranded in 2021.
