Plans include the development of over 200 apartments, the company said.

Fund director Martin Brown said: "Blenheim Court is a standout acquisition for us, not only because of its strong location but also because of the speed and efficiency with which we secured the deal.

"We are proud to take on this grade A office complex and look forward to working closely with businesses to provide high-quality, flexible workspace in a fantastic part of the country.

"At the same time, we recognise the site's potential for a broader vision and we will be exploring future opportunities that align with our strategy for dynamic, mixed-use developments."

The acquisition was secured through a competitive bidding process.

Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Savills and Deloitte Legal all acted on the deal.
