Financial services firm Mazars is the latest to agree a move to Birmingham's £700 million Paradise development.

The practice has signed a deal for 11,728 sq ft on the first floor of Two Chamberlain Square, the second office block to be completed at the city centre scheme.

Mazars currently houses around 200 staff at a base at 45 Church Street.

It will join law firms Knights, which announced its move in July, and DLA Piper which struck a deal for the top two floors last year.

Mazars is a global partnership, specialising in audit, accountancy, advisory, tax and legal services and operates in 91 countries and territories, employing 40,000 staff.

Ian Holder, managing partner of its Birmingham office, said: "Our new office in the city centre reinforces our commitment to remaining part of the fabric of the vibrant Birmingham business community and underscores our confidence in the continued growth of the team for years to come.

"Our new office will be designed for modern ways of working, reflecting the needs of a dynamic and diverse team and client base.
