A luxury jeweller is returning to Birmingham city centre for the first time in two decades.
Mappin & Webb, which is owned by Watches of Switzerland Group, has signed a ten-year lease at The Burlington in New Street.
The retailer will expand and redevelop the former Watches of Switzerland showroom and the two adjoining units to create a brand new store, spanning more than 7,500 sq ft.
An internal fit-out is now under way and the new Mappin & Webb showroom is due to open by the end of this year.
