Cushman & Wakefield, Legat Owen and B8 Real Estate have been appointed to search for occupiers for the two sites, which come under the Flintshire and Wrexham advanced manufacturing investment zone,

Through the Ƶ Government backed investment zone, Wrexham 1M is expected to deliver up to £27m in savings over the first five years of occupation, while Wrexham 152 will provide up to £4m in savings over the same period. These savings will be realised through tax relief, business rate discounts, and reduced regulatory barriers.

The overall zone, which went live in April, aims to attract £1bn of private sector investment and create 6,000 new jobs.

Wrexham 1M and Wrexham 152 are being brought forward by FI Developments, with enabling works already underway. Wrexham Industrial Estate is home to over 340 businesses, including national occupiers JCB, Kellogg’s, and Very Group.
