A growing London estate agency has expanded its 海角视频 footprint by launching a North West base.

Johns&Co, a specialist in new homes property investment and asset management with assets worth 拢2bn under management, has opened its newest office in Manchester.

The business, which launched in 2013, has grown from a single office in the capital to having 10 branches strategically located across London. The company has also expanded internationally with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, to serve growing overseas customer numbers.

Jon Johnson, managing director of Johns&Co, said the firm selected Manchester as a location for its first regional office because of its dynamic economic growth, robust property market and flourishing development landscape.
