The real estate team at law firm Lodders has been expanded with a brace of hires.
Theresa Spalding and Donna Bates have both joined the West Midlands firm as senior associates.
Ms Spalding has been recruited from Gowling WLG where she was a principal associate for eight years, specialising in acting for national house builders and regional developers.

She has also worked with landowners on land disposal for development, including navigating the planning process to secure permission and maximise financial return.
Donna Bates has more than 15 years of commercial property experience and will focus on advising clients on her specialist area of landlord and tenant matters.
She joins Lodders after four years as a senior associate at Oxfordshire real estate firm Knights.

Letting and estate agency owner Nicola Fleet-Milne has been appointed the new chairwoman of Colmore Business Improvement District.
Ms Fleet-Milne, who owns FleetMilne in Colmore Row, has been a director of the BID's board for seven years.
She replaces property consultant Gary Cardin who stood down in December after chairing Colmore BID since its inception in 2008.
Alex Tross, a director with property consultancy LSH, and Paul Fielding, chartered wealth manager at Brewin Dolphin, have been appointed as joint deputy chairmen of the BID.

Mr Shorrock has extensive experience within the construction and manufacturing industry, having served as managing director of Parex 海角视频 for the past 13 years.
Incumbent managing director John Holcroft has been appointed as the new group chief executive.
Instarmac specialises in the manufacture and distribution of cement and bitumen based construction products.
