The move follows a period of sustained growth and has seen Keepmoat sign a ten-year lease on a 6,455 sq ft office.

The new regional headquarters has been designed to promote workplace wellbeing and interaction.

Regional managing director Ben Leather said: "We're thrilled to announce the start of a new chapter in our regional journey.

"This is the first step to the continued growth of our fantastic team as we set our sights on further expansion.

"We understand the importance of location and we're thrilled to be taking out a lease at this renowned, flagship building in the heart of Birmingham.
