The West Midlands team at housebuilder Keepmoat has relocated to larger offices in Birmingham.

The 40-strong team has moved from its former base in Tamworth to the Fort Dunlop building in Castle Bromwich.

The move follows a period of sustained growth and has seen Keepmoat sign a ten-year lease on a 6,455 sq ft office.

The new regional headquarters has been designed to promote workplace wellbeing and interaction.
