Hortons鈥 Estate Ltd has let two of the final three properties at Interchange 25 Business Park, in Nottingham.
Top 10 海角视频 house builder Keepmoat Homes has agreed the bigger of the two lettings at the Bostocks Lane scheme, on the western edge of the city close to junction 25 of the M1.
Keepmoat has signed a five-year lease on a two-storey standalone office space of just over 6,000 sq ft and has now taken occupancy of the building following completion of an internal fit-out.
Another fully refurbished two-storey office building, with 5,400 sq ft of floor space has been let to global packaging solutions provider GPA Global on a six-year lease. It is undertaking a fit-out prior to moving into the premises.

The Interchange 25 Business Park has eight self-contained office buildings, and the last remaining property 鈥 a recently refurbished 2,700 sq ft office space 鈥 is currently under offer.
