JLL promotes seven in Birmingham

National director role for capital markets team leader while six others step up at Church Street office

Property consultancy has promoted seven staff members in its Birmingham office.

Ben Kelly, who has led the capital markets team, has been promoted to national director while Sarra Mason, Steven Jaggers and Vicky Beach have become associate directors.

Dan Powers, Shirley Greenlees and Richard Sykes are now senior surveyors at the outfit.

Ian Cornock, lead director of JLL's Midlands Region, said: "Our success in Birmingham so far this year, as a region and a company posting record half-year results, has been driven by the commitment and expertise of all of our teams and I extend my thanks and congratulations to the seven who been promoted.

"The outlook for the property sector across the Midlands continues to look extremely positive.
