Property agency JLL has relocated its Birmingham operation to a new home on the Paradise estate.
The firm has taken up residency in One Centenary Way which is the third office block to complete on the £1.2 billion project.
The new office space was completed by design and build company Tétris and managed by JLL where 120 staff are now based.

The offices have an all-electric power and heating system, collaboration areas and space for events and workshops.
Head of the Midlands Stuart Smith said: "Moving to Paradise feels like the natural next step in our continued commitment to the community around us in Birmingham.
"The office has been designed to change the way we think about our workplace and we are now better equipped to host businesses, clients and students from the region.
"The Tétris team's willingness and ability to support us on our journey made them the perfect partners.

Other tenants in One Centenary Way include global built environment consultancy Arup, which moved in before Christmas, and law firm Mills & Reeve which is due to relocate next summer.
