A trio of buildings in the Jewellery Quarter have been sold in deals totalling more than £3 million.

Liv Property purchased the Squirrel Works and AJ Antique º£½ÇÊÓƵ acquired Victoria Mansions where it plans to create an antique centre.

The remainder of the buyers and sellers are private investors who wish to remain anonymous.

Edward Siddall-Jones, director with property consultancy Siddall Jones which worked on the deals, said: "This is a great time to be involved in the property market in Birmingham.

"There's a real buzz about the city, with a lot of inward investment coming to the area.

"We're delighted to have been able to secure these three deals and look forward to each of these great spaces being given a new lease of life.

"The Jewellery Quarter is a key area of focus for us and these deals show that it is right at the heart of Birmingham's property market at the moment as well.
