Industrial land deal for TrustFord

Automotive dealer agrees tenancy on hard-standing spaces on Warwickshire business park

Meon Vale Business Park in Stratford

One of the º£½ÇÊÓƵ's largest automotive dealers has agreed a deal to take new industrial space in the West Midlands.

TrustFord has signed a seven-year deal for 5.5 acres of hard-standing space on Meon Vale Business Park in Stratford.

This latest deal by Birmingham-based regeneration group St Modwen means it has now let more than 500,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation at the park during 2019.

Among its current tenants are Unipart Logistics, online retailer Desire Tech and storage and distribution company Berkeley International Services.

Stuart Foulds, chairman and chief executive of TrustFord, said: "This expansion of acreage in Warwickshire reflects our ongoing dedication and investment in our industry-leading fleet and national logistics centre.

"The location is perfectly situated as our national hub for vehicle preparation and delivery."

Meon Vale Business Park has 900,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space and sits close to junction 15 of the M40.
