Industrial estate full after latest letting deal

Manufacturer Metpro has relocated across the Black Country to a new home in Wednesbury

The Wood Banks Estate in Wednesbury is now fully let after a lease deal was struck with manufacturer Metpro

A Black Country industrial estate is now fully let after a manufacturer struck a deal for warehouse space.

Metpro has taken 113,000 sq ft of space across two units on a ten-year lease on The Wood Banks Estate, in Wednesbury.

It is a significant upscale in its operations having previously been in a 26,000 sq ft unit on Hill Top Industrial Estate, in West Bromwich.

Metpro was founded in 1995 and is a manufacturer of products for the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ mechanical and electrical market as well as working with clients on bespoke components such as tubing, cable accessories and wiring products.

Chief finance officer Tom Sadler said: "We're excited about the next chapter of Metpro's growth with the facility at Woods Bank Estate offering us the ability to further enhance our offering and ability to offer the best possible customer experience whilst continuing to always focus on quality."

The estate is owned and managed by Kingswinford-based property group LCP.

Director Nick Bryson added: "We are thrilled to welcome Metpro to The Wood Banks Estate, making this key industrial site now fully let.
