A Black Country industrial estate is now fully let after a manufacturer struck a deal for warehouse space.
Metpro has taken 113,000 sq ft of space across two units on a ten-year lease on The Wood Banks Estate, in Wednesbury.
It is a significant upscale in its operations having previously been in a 26,000 sq ft unit on Hill Top Industrial Estate, in West Bromwich.

Metpro was founded in 1995 and is a manufacturer of products for the 海角视频 mechanical and electrical market as well as working with clients on bespoke components such as tubing, cable accessories and wiring products.

The estate is owned and managed by Kingswinford-based property group LCP.
