A Black Country industrial estate is now fully let after a manufacturer struck a deal for warehouse space.

Metpro has taken 113,000 sq ft of space across two units on a ten-year lease on The Wood Banks Estate, in Wednesbury.

It is a significant upscale in its operations having previously been in a 26,000 sq ft unit on Hill Top Industrial Estate, in West Bromwich.

Metpro was founded in 1995 and is a manufacturer of products for the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ mechanical and electrical market as well as working with clients on bespoke components such as tubing, cable accessories and wiring products.

The estate is owned and managed by Kingswinford-based property group LCP.
