Worcester-based corporate messaging company buys new home in Malvern in £335,000 deal

2 Nimrod House on the Enigma Business Park

An office complex in has been acquired by corporate messaging firm Icetrak.

The Worcester-based firm has bought the two-storey building 2 Nimrod House on Malvern's Enigma Business Park for £335,000 in a deal transacted by independent property consultancy GJS Dillon.

Icetrak provides SMS and fax messaging services to more than 1,200 º£½ÇÊÓÆµ organisations across sectors such as financial services, recruitment, estate agency, health and logistics.

The offices at 2 Nimrod House consist of 2,416 sq ft of open plan office space with suspended ceilings, inset lighting and air conditioning.

Neil Skinner, managing director of Icetrak, said: "Moving to the Enigma Business Park will provide Icetrak with the extra space and high speed communication links to manage the continued growth of the business.

"It also gives us much improved meeting and training facilities to extend and promote the range of services we can offer our clients."
