Hurstwood Holdings subsidiary AM Sci Tech has successfully snatched up the ex-Weatherford site at its Aberdeen Energy Park - and plans to rebrand the 7.23 acre lot as The Horizon Centre under its ambitious investment plans for the complex.
AM SciTech acquired the energy park last year, : "We are very excited about the future potential and prospects and extremely pleased to be playing our part in this as a 海角视频-wide property company".
Half the Weatherford site is taken by a standalone industrial facility of over 22,005 sq ft. But AM Sci Tech is busy weighing up future plans for the undeveloped three-acre portion of the site, with more announcements expected in the months to come, reports our sister title .

The Energy Park is home to a host of businesses including Rubberatkins, ICR Integrity, Global Port Services, Hydro Group, ITS Testing Services, Ocean Installer and the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce.
