An employee-owned engineering firm is set to double its workforce after the fitout of its newly constructed second building is now officially finished.
Warwick-based 3P Innovation will soon expand into additional premises after fitout specialist Sandell created an almost identical copy of its current HQ which sits just next door.
The recent growth at Tournament Fields of 3P Innovation, which creates custom engineering products for the life sciences industry, meant it was in a position to take on new work and add to its 90 employees.
But it could foresee a bottleneck in its factory space due to its HQ close to being at full capacity which meant it had to search for additional premises.

3P was able to acquire a plot of land adjacent to its current premises to construct an additional building containing offices, meeting rooms and a large machine build and development workshop area. After four months of work, Sandell handed the building over to 3P Innovation.
Nick Brooks, managing director of 3P Innovation, said: "We were very happy with the fit out work Sandell completed on our first building at Tournament Fields which has worked so well for us that we essentially asked for exactly the same thing again.
"This new building will mean we have the potential to double in size and continue to take on large projects for our customers without being constrained by space.
"We can't wait to move our staff in and hit the ground running. It will be the start of a new chapter for us."
Nissar Khan, head of business development at Sandell, added: "We were delighted to have been instructed once again by 3P Innovation to fit out its new building and it was a lovely moment when we formally handed it over to them.
"It's not often we get clients asking for virtual carbon copies of another interior but it meant the initial design process was more of a formality and sped the project up.
"We're really proud to have delivered a great fit-out for 3P Innovation and their feedback has been wonderful to hear."
