Bristol-based commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook (HTC) is planning to relocate its office in the city this summer.
The firm will be moving across Clifton in late June from its current base in Somerset House, on Canynge Road, to new premises in Nightingale House, located next to the Clifton Downs.
HTC’s new space will span 6,000 sq ft across a single floor of the building and will allow it to operate in line with post-lockdown flexible working practices.

The company said the office will feature flexible workspaces that offer a “more convenient and accessible environment” for both employees and visiting clients.
The building has also been fitted with sustainability features including charging points for electric vehicles and technology allowing for a paperless office.
Nightingale House was developed in 2007 and is now owned by AXA Health.
HTC also has an office in London where it is involved in a number of large office developments and advises large retailers on stores across their Central London and regional portfolios.
The firm provides services to clients including Marks and Spencer, Tesco, ATS Euromaster and Maritime Coastguard Agency.
