A new gym is to open on the Paradise estate in Birmingham city centre.

Luxe Fitness will launch its fourth site and first in the Midlands in One Centenary Way by the end of this year.

The gym will cover 13,800 sq ft on the lower and upper ground floors, offer more than 100 classes per week and have a juice bar.

It will join the firm's other sites in Manchester and two in Bristol.

One Centenary Way completed in 2023 and was the third office building to open on the £1.2 billion scheme.

Luxe Fitness was co-founded by Allyn Condon who is a former Olympic sprinter and bobsleigher.

He said: "Paradise Birmingham is an exciting next move for us, as we open our latest venue in the very heart of the city in late 2025.
