The business has signed a 10-year lease and will relocate from its current office in Wilmslow, where it has been based for over 20 years.

Sportfive has been based at 40 Water Lane since signing a 10-year deal with Orbit Developments in 2015 to occupy 6,016 sq ft of space.

Foundation, which is being led by property group Bruntwood and Trafford Council, is expected to be completed in the autumn.

The site will include 50,000 sq ft of office space as well as 25,000 sq ft for retail and leisure.
