GBR Phoenix Beard wins Calthorpe Estates brief

Birmingham property consultancy will manage portfolio of property on historic estate in Edgbaston

Independent property consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard has been appointed to manage property portfolio.

The family firm, whose roots date back to the early 18th century, owns the 1,500-acre Calthorpe Estate in which is currently undergoing a

Victoria Burgin, a director at Birmingham-based will be the client director for the work with Calthorpe Estates, supported by fellow director Catherine Gabriel and property manager and surveyor Rakesh Joshi.

The agency will manage the commercial customer base which makes up the estate.
