Five new retail units at a lifestyle and food destination in the West Midlands have been let.
Occupiers of the new development at Coppice Garden Centre, near Sutton Coldfield, are antiques and clocks specialist Time to Admire, pre-owned fashion retailer The Secret Boutique and Misuenos Kids which sells children’s clothing and toys.
Misuenos Kids is owned by Amanda Martinez who is the wife of Aston Villa goalkeeper Emi Martinez.
Meanwhile, wellbeing clinic Lucy Foster Aesthetics and Amare Bridal have relocated to larger units within the development.

Construction of the five retail units, together with additional administrative offices and staff facilities, reached practical completion in the spring.
Property agency Burley Browne worked on the lease deals.

"When we announced that five new units were being developed, we were inundated with enquiries from potential new occupiers.
"Despite the huge demand, it was very important for us and the owners of Coppice to create the right blend of occupiers to ensure that they complement the existing operators.
"It was also key to generate increased footfall for the existing facilities such as The Fig and Olive and Forage.
"It is fantastic to see the major investment by the owners paying real dividends and providing local people with an outstanding luxury lifestyle and food destination."
Other existing occupiers include Heart Galleries and The Studio hair salon.
