Gambling giant bet365 is expanding its footprint in the North West - after signing a deal for a new office space in Manchester.
The Stoke-on-Trent business, which employs more than 4,000 staff, has agreed a five-year lease on an office in the city's financial and professional quarter.
The company has taken on a 25,000 square-foot space at the Core building in Brown Street, Manchester.
The deal follows the launch of bet365's DevOps department last November which 'significantly boosted operational capacity.'

Bet365 first established itself in Manchester in 2018 in the Spring Gardens area. Since then, the company has significantly grown its tech support unit, which is operated by a subsidiary called Hillside Technology.
Bet365 enjoyed a bumper year in 2018/19 after seeing revenues hit almost £3 billion.
Its financial accounts, which were released in December, outlined that revenue for the 12 months to March 31, 2019 increased to £2.98 billion from £2.71 billion and operating profit was up 12 per cent to £767.1 million from £682.2 million.
During the 12 month period, customers wagered more than £64.4 billion in bets up from £52.2 billion in 2017/18.
