The finalists for the 2023 ProCon Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards were in the spotlight at a showcase event at Leicester鈥檚 Winstanley House.

Finalists, sponsors and ProCon members met to view and discuss the finalists at the evening reception sponsored by Magma Chartered Accountants. The ProCon Awards鈥 overall sponsors are Freeths, Salus Approved Inspectors and Unique Window Systems. The Leicester Mercury is the Awards鈥 media partner.

The 20th ProCon Awards winners will be announced on Thursday, November 9, during a black tie celebration at the King Power Staium, in Leicester.

ProCon chair Umesh Desai said: 鈥淲e鈥檝e got incredible projects competing for our awards in their milestone 20 th year. They range from a 拢30,000 extension to a family home up to a 拢150 million masterplan.

鈥淭he finalist projects show the resilience and fortitude of our industry and long may that continue.鈥
